How do I book an appointment?
Booking is simple! You can schedule through our website, Google, or social media pages. Just select your service and your preferred barber. For the best experience, we recommend booking ahead, though walk-ins are welcome if we have availability.

Should I arrive early for my appointment?
Arriving about five minutes early helps everything run smoothly. If you’re more than ten minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to keep our schedule on track.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost up to six hours before your scheduled time using the link in your booking confirmation. If you cancel late or miss your appointment, the card on file will be charged the full fee. This ensures everyone has fair access to appointment times. You can view our full booking policy here.

Is there a fee to book an appointment?
No, booking is free. A valid card on file is required to hold your reservation. Cards are fully encrypted and protected through Square. Charges only apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

What’s the best way to contact Werkroom Barbershop?
Texting is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. We don’t answer phone calls while with clients, so texting is your best option. For cancellations or rescheduling, just use the link in your confirmation email or text.

Do I need to wash my hair before a haircut?
Yes, clean hair helps us deliver the best results. If you haven’t washed it, we can do it for a small additional charge.

Do you cut female hair?
Yes! We welcome everyone and provide professional haircuts for all, regardless of gender, race, orientation, or background.

Do you cut children’s hair?
We generally do not, but exceptions can be made for children who can sit independently. For safety reasons, we do not cut hair while a child is seated on an adult’s lap.

Where can I see examples of your work?

Can I show you a picture of the haircut I want?
Absolutely! Photos help us understand the look you want. Keep in mind that results may vary depending on hair type, texture, and length.

Can I book a haircut outside of your opening hours?
Appointments are only available during our regular business hours. The last appointment or walk-in is accepted 30 minutes before closing.

What men’s grooming products do you use?
We use Werkroom Men’s Grooming Products, specially designed for professional results and long-lasting style. These are also available for purchase at our barbershop.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
