Welcome to the Werkroom Barbershop FAQ. We’ve gathered the most common questions clients ask about appointments, services, and policies. Whether you are visiting for the first time or returning for another cut, this guide will help you prepare for your next visit.

How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment at Werkroom Barbershop is simple. You can schedule through our website, Google, or social media pages. Make sure to choose the correct service and your preferred barber when booking. For the best experience, we recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if time allows.

Should I arrive early for my appointment?
Yes. Please arrive about five minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than ten minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. In that case, the card on file will be charged according to our booking policy.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to three hours before your scheduled time by using the link in your booking confirmation.
If you cancel last minute or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount for the reserved slot. This helps us respect everyone’s time and maintain availability for all clients. You can review our full booking policy here.

What’s the best way to contact Werkroom Barbershop?
The fastest and most reliable way to reach us is by text message. Please note that we do not answer phone calls while serving clients.
For cancellations or rescheduling, you do not need to contact us. Simply use the link in your confirmation email or text.

Do I need to wash my hair before a haircut?
Yes. Your hair should be clean and free of product before your appointment. If not, we can wash it for you for a small additional charge. Clean hair helps us achieve the best possible result for your hairstyle.

Do you cut female hair?
Yes. Werkroom Barbershop proudly welcomes everyone and does not discriminate based on gender, race, orientation, or background.

Do you cut children’s hair?
Generally, we do not cut children’s hair, but there are exceptions. We can provide a haircut if the child can sit still on their own. For safety reasons, we do not cut hair when a child is sitting on an adult’s lap.

Where can I see examples of your work?
Follow us on Instagram and our other social media pages to see examples of our latest cuts and styles. We post regular updates showcasing our barbers’ work and current trends in men’s grooming.

Can I show you a picture of the haircut I want?
Yes. Bringing a photo reference helps us understand the look you want. Please keep in mind that results can vary based on hair type, texture, and length.

Can I book a haircut outside of your opening hours?
No. We only take appointments during our regular business hours. The last appointment or walk-in is accepted 30 minutes before closing.

What men’s grooming products do you use?
We use our own Werkroom Men’s Grooming Products, designed to deliver professional results and long-lasting style. These products are also available for purchase directly from our barbershop.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. We offer Werkroom Barbershop gift vouchers. They make a great gift for anyone who appreciates a quality haircut and grooming experience.
