WerkrooM Booking Policy

At Werkroom®, we aim to make booking easy, flexible, and fair for all clients. By using our booking system or visiting our website, you agree to this Booking Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully:

1. Booking Availability

  • Appointments can be booked up to 30 days in advance.

  • Same-day bookings are welcome, subject to availability.

2. Appointment Adjustments

  • To keep our schedule running smoothly, your appointment time may occasionally adjust by up to 10 minutes earlier or later.

  • You will be notified immediately if any adjustment occurs.

3. Appointment Changes

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 6 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations (within 6 hours) and no-shows will be charged in full for the reserved time.

4. Card on File, No-Shows & Cancellations

  • A valid payment card is required to secure your appointment.

  • This card is not pre-charged: it will only be used for late cancellations or no-shows.

4.1 No-Shows

  • Missing your appointment without notice will incur the full charge for the time booked.

4.2 Late Cancellations

  • Cancelling within 6 hours of your appointment will also incur the full charge.

5. Card Protection & Security

  • We use Square as our payment provider.

  • Your card details are fully encrypted, securely transmitted, and never stored on our system.

  • Square meets the highest security standards, including PCI Level 1 compliance, ISO 27001, and end-to-end encryption.

Using a card also protects our booking system from fraudulent activity and automated bots, keeping appointments secure and schedules accurate.

6. Frequent Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We understand plans can change, but repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling affect other clients.

  • Clients who consistently cancel or reschedule within 24 hours may be temporarily or permanently restricted from booking at our discretion.

7. Appointment Attendance

  • Only clients with a scheduled appointment should visit the barbershop.

  • Exceptions are made for parents or legal guardians accompanying minors.

8. Booking Convenience

  • No app download is required to book online.

  • If you choose, you may use the app to:

    • Save card details securely

    • Book future appointments more quickly

9. Consent & Agreement

  • By booking an appointment with WerkrooM, you confirm that:

    1. You are at least 16 years old (UK/EU digital consent age)

    2. You have read and agreed to our Booking Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy

    3. You understand the late cancellation and no-show fees
